For example: If you are a South Africa national by birth and living in another country because of employment or education or business or investment etc you can apply for other countries Citizenship depending on the country’s law. If you are a Citizen of other country or National and you are living in South Africa because of employment or education or business or investment etc South Africa Government allows you to apply for Citizenship if you are eligible.
